Asistent prevádzky – Administratívna práca z domu (4 hod./denne) Hľadáte nenáročnú a pokojnú prácu od počítača, ktorú zvládnete v pohodlí domova? Hľadáme šikovného asistenta na skrátený úväzok, ktorý nám pomôže s administratívnym prehľadom našich objednávok a výdaja stravy. Práca je naozaj jednoduchá, všetko vás v pokoji naučíme a nemusíte nikam cestovať. ♿ Táto pozícia je prioritne určená pre uchádzačov so zdravotným znevýhodnením (s priznanou invaliditou). Ponúkame stabilné miesto a ideálne podmienky pre prácu z domu. Čo bude vašou úlohou? Prehľad o objednávkach: Jednoduché sledovanie plynulosti expedície jedál v našom internom počítačovom systéme. Zápis časov: Sledovanie, či jedlá odchádzajú načas a kde vznikajú zbytočné zdržania. Krátke hlásenia: Každý deň nám len stručne napíšete, kde procesy viazli a kde by sme mohli ušetriť čas. Pomocná operatíva: Časom vám môžeme pridať ďalšie jednoduché administratívne úlohy podľa dohody. Čo by ste mali vedieť? Základy s počítačom: Stačí vám bežná užívateľská znalosť (napr. napísať text, otvoriť program). Pozornosť a spoľahlivosť: Dôležité je pre nás, aby ste boli dôsledný a držali sa jednoduchých pokynov. Stabilný internet: To je jediná vec, ktorú doma potrebujete. Štatút OZP: Priznaná invalidita je pre túto pozíciu veľkou výhodou.
