Über uns

Poool ist eine Software für Projektsteuerung, Zeiterfassung und Abrechnung. Wir arbeiten mit Ingenieur-, Planungs- und Architekturbüros, Beratungsunternehmen sowie Agenturen - Unternehmen, die projektbezogen arbeiten und abrechnen.

Die meisten kommen von Excel-Listen, älteren Software- und gewachsenen Insellösungen zu uns. Die Umstellung ist deshalb kein reines Software-Thema, sondern eine Veränderung in der täglichen Arbeit. Genau dabei begleiten wir sie.

Deine Aufgabe

Du bist die fachliche Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden - Jemand, der sowohl das Produkt als auch deren Arbeitsweise versteht.

Wenn ein Büro fragt, wie es seine Leistungsphasen abbilden, seine Stundensätze kalkulieren oder seine Abrechnung strukturieren soll, bist du die Antwort. Du hilfst nicht beim klicken, sondern bei der Frage, wie ein Unternehmen seine Prozesse sinnvoll in Poool abbildet.

Was dich erwartet

* Schulungen halten - Einzeln oder in Gruppen, je nach Thema und Kunde.

* Konfiguration und Einrichtung - Zusammen mit dem Projektmanagement setzt du Projektstrukturen, Rollen und Rechte, Stundensätze und Auswertungen so auf, dass sie zu den Anforderungen passen.

* Datenmigration begleiten - Was aus dem Altsystem mitkommt, was bereinigt wird, was neu aufgesetzt wird.

* Fachlich beraten - Bei der Frage, wie Prozesse abgebildet werden sollten, nicht nur wie sie technisch abgebildet werden können.

* Wissen weitergeben - Helpcenter-Artikel, Schulungsunterlagen, Webinare. Was einmal erklärt wurde, sollte beim nächsten Mal dokumentiert sein.

Was du mitbringst

Notwendig:

* Fachliche Tiefe in mindestens einem dieser Felder: Projektcontrolling, kaufmännische Prozesse in Planungs- oder Ingenieurbüros, Zeitwirtschaft und Abrechnung, oder Einführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Software.

* Die Geduld, komplexe Sachverhalte so zu erklären, dass sie jemand ohne Vorwissen umsetzen kann.

* Freude daran, sich in fremde Geschäftsprozesse einzudenken.

* Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau.

Besonders willkommen:

* HOAI-Hintergrund - Leistungsphasen, Honorarermittlung, Nachtragsmanagement.

* Erfahrung aus einem Ingenieur-, Planungs- oder Architekturbüro - gerne auch aus der operativen Seite, nicht nur aus der Beratung.

* Erfahrung als Trainer:in oder in der Erwachsenenbildung.

Nicht erwartet: Programmierkenntnisse. Poool wird konfiguriert, nicht entwickelt.
