Poool ist eine Software für Projektsteuerung, Zeiterfassung und Abrechnung. Wir arbeiten mit Ingenieur-, Planungs- und Architekturbüros, Beratungsunternehmen sowie Agenturen - Unternehmen, die projektbezogen arbeiten und abrechnen.

Die meisten kommen von Excel-Listen, älteren Softwarelösungen und gewachsenen Insellösungen zu uns. Die Umstellung ist deshalb kein reines Software-Thema, sondern eine Veränderung in der täglichen Arbeit. Genau dabei begleiten wir sie.

Deine Aufgabe

Du führst Kunden durch die Einführung von Poool - vom Kickoff bis zum produktiven Betrieb. Du verantwortest den Projektverlauf, hältst den Kontakt und sorgst dafür, dass die Umstellung im geplanten Rahmen ankommt.

Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren fachlichen Expert:innen zusammen, die die inhaltlichen Schulungen übernehmen. Deine Stärke ist der Überblick: Du weißt, wo jedes deiner Projekte steht, was als Nächstes ansteht und wo es klemmt, bevor es eskaliert.

Was dich erwartet

* Kickoff und Zielbild - Gemeinsam klären, was umgestellt wird, in welcher Reihenfolge und bis wann.

* Projektsteuerung - Termine setzen und halten, Abhängigkeiten im Blick behalten, Verzögerungen früh erkennen.

* Mehrere Einführungsprojekte parallel führen, in unterschiedlichen Phasen.

* Anforderungsmanagement - Anforderungen aus dem Kundenunternehmen aufnehmen, bewerten und priorisieren und in die Umsetzung mit dem Product Consulting bringen.

* Prozessdefinition mit dem Kunden - Bestehende Abläufe analysieren und gemeinsam die Zielprozesse in Poool definieren.

* Konfiguration und Einrichtung - Zusammen mit den Consultants setzt du Projektstrukturen, Rollen und Rechte, Stundensätze und Auswertungen so auf, dass sie zu den Anforderungen passen.

* Datenmigration begleiten - Was aus dem Altsystem mitkommt, was bereinigt wird, was neu aufgesetzt wird.

* Übergabe in den Betrieb - Strukturiert und zu einem definierten Zeitpunkt.

Was du mitbringst

Notwendig:

* Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Kundenprojekten - Software-Einführung, Beratung, Agentur oder vergleichbar.

* Die Fähigkeit, mehrere Vorgänge parallel zu halten, ohne dass etwas liegen bleibt.

* Klare, verbindliche Kommunikation, auch wenn du Termine setzen oder Erwartungen korrigieren musst.

* Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau.

Hilfreich:

* Verständnis für die Arbeitsweise von Ingenieur-, Planungs- oder Architekturbüros.

* Berührung mit HOAI, Leistungsphasen oder projektbezogener Abrechnung.

* Erfahrung mit der Einführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Software.

* Erfahrung im Anforderungs- und Prozessmanagement - etwa Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering oder Prozessberatung.

Nicht erwartet: dass du Poool kennst oder tiefes technisches Produktwissen mitbringst. Das lernst du bei uns.
