Je brengt mensen en belangen bij elkaar, helpt bij het maken van heldere keuzes en zorgt dat beschikbare capaciteit wordt ingezet op de veranderinitiatieven die er het meest toe doen. - Master-doctoraal - 32-36 uur - Documentatie en Informatievoorziening / ICT - € 4.818,- / € 7.094,- bruto p.m. - Apeldoorn - Reageer t/m 19 oktober 2026 Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst Als portfoliocoördinator houd je overzicht over alle veranderinitiatieven binnen de keten Gegevens. Welke ontwikkelingen komen eraan? Wat heeft prioriteit? Welke initiatieven zijn voldoende uitgewerkt om te starten? Zijn de juiste mensen en middelen beschikbaar? Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze informatie samenkomt en ondersteunt management en andere verantwoordelijken bij het maken van onderbouwde keuzes. Omdat veranderinitiatieven vaak meerdere organisatie-onderdelen raken, kijk je verder dan het eigen werkgebied. Je stemt af met andere portfoliocoördinatoren van betrokken afdelingen en bewaakt de samenhang tussen plannen, prioriteiten en beschikbare capaciteit. Je weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen en durft tegelijkertijd kritisch te zijn als keuzes nodig zijn. Ontwikkelingen buiten de organisatie spelen ook een belangrijke rol. Nieuwe wet- en regelgeving of politieke besluitvorming kan bijvoorbeeld gevolgen hebben voor systemen, processen en gegevensuitwisseling. Jij helpt om die impact vroegtijdig inzichtelijk te maken en vertaalt deze naar consequenties voor het portfolio. Je bent daarnaast adviseur en sparringpartner voor het management.
