Als Portfoliomanager speel jij een cruciale rol in het realiseren van een toekomstbestendige energievoorziening. Vanuit jouw specialisme lever je een directe bijdrage aan projecten die Nederland aan houden, vandaag én morgen. Je gaat aan de slag binnen de unit Digital & Technology Transformation. Binnen deze unit kom je te werken voor de afdeling Domain Office Tech Platforms. Binnen Domain Office Tech Platforms werk je in een omgeving waar tactisch portfoliomanagement verder wordt ingericht, geprofessionaliseerd en geborgd. Je werkt nauw samen met Strategic Portfolio Management, Domain Offices, managementteams en andere stakeholders om portfolio's inzichtelijk, bestuurbaar en toekomstbestendig te maken. De werkzaamheden binnen dit team dragen bij aan een effectieve sturing van veranderinitiatieven en investeringen binnen TenneT en ondersteunen de verdere ontwikkeling van de digitale en technologische organisatie. Als Portfoliomanager werk je aan het verder inrichten, professionaliseren en borgen van tactisch portfoliomanagement binnen de domeinen Tech Platforms (TP) en Infrastructure & Operations (IO). Je zorgt voor inzicht, structuur en betrouwbare stuurinformatie waarmee managementteams de juiste keuzes kunnen maken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: Inrichten, verbeteren en implementeren van portfoliomanagementprocessen binnen een complexe organisatie. Opstellen en onderhouden van managementrapportages, dashboards en portfolio-inzichten. Faciliteren en ondersteunen van governance- en besluitvormingsprocessen.
