Als portfoliomanager adviseer je en help je afdelingshoofden, gemeentesecretarissen en bestuurders om weloverwogen keuzes te maken en projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het verbeteren van interne processen, het verhogen van de kwaliteit van regionale projecten en programma's en creëert rust en richting in een dynamisch speelveld. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt en rolt het portfoliomanagementproces op regionaal niveau uit: organiseren van goede besluitvorming over nieuwe regionale projecten. Daarbij stem je regelmatig af met gemeenten die ook portfoliomanagement toepassen - Je voert regie over het totale regionale portfolio, start en begeleidt overleggen van de portfoliotafel, en faciliteert besluitvorming met heldere analyses en overzicht - Je begeleidt projectleiders bij het projectmatig werken en in het voortraject van projecten. Samen zorgen jullie voor een integrale opdracht en duidelijkheid over de benodigde inzet van mensen en middelen. Gedurende de uitvoering registreer je de voortgang en mijlpalen van regionale programma's en projecten - Je ondersteunt projectleiders en programmamanagers bij het opstellen van projectplannen en voortgangsrapportages. Je zorgt voor het monitoren van de voortgang en rapporteert hierover aan het management (afdelingshoofden Madivosa en VVRE en gemeentesecretarissen) waarbij je adviseert over beheersmatige en uitvoeringsgerichte aspecten - Je bewaakt de aansluiting tussen bestuurlijke doelen, programma's en projecten en signaleert knelpunten, afhankelijkheden en risico's Het team Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van het reg...
