Klimaatverandering, druk op waterkwaliteit, schaarste aan ruimte, energie en grondstoffen en een toenemende afhankelijkheid van andere partijen vragen om meer dan verbetering van bestaande werkwijzen. Dat vraagt om technologische, maatschappelijke en organisatorische vernieuwing. Met de ontvlechting van Waternet wordt het gezamenlijke programma Onderzoek & Innovatie eind 2026 afgerond. AGV geeft met een eigen Innovatiestrategie richting aan de opgaven waar vernieuwing het meeste verschil kan maken. Het onderzoek- en innovatieportfolio verbindt deze strategische focus met concrete projecten, bewuste keuzes en toepassing in beleid, beheer, uitvoering of samenwerking. De opdracht kent een overgangsperiode. In de eerste maanden ondersteunt de portfoliomanager de afronding en overdracht van het gezamenlijke O&I-programma. Vanaf 2027 ligt de focus op AGV en de uitvoering van de Innovatiestrategie. Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: • Afronden en overdragen van het gezamenlijke O&I-programma, waaronder lopende projecten, middelen, kennis en relevante samenwerkingsrelaties, en waar nodig ondersteunen van de betrokken organisaties bij het borgen en voortzetten van hun innovatieambities. • Vertalen van de AGV-Innovatiestrategie naar een uitvoerbaar jaarplan en een samenhangend innovatieportfolio. • Managen en rapporteren van het onderzoek- en innovatieportfolio op resultaten, voortgang, risico's, leerdoelen, implementatieperspectief en kosten. • Ondersteunen van de portfoliosturing: voorstellen beoordelen en prioriteren, besluitvorming voorbereiden en kansen, belemmeringen en relevante samenwerkingsmogelijkheden signaleren.
