Portfoliomanager projecten Fysieke Leefomgeving Gemeente Woerden Gemeente Woerden is op zoek naar een Portfoliomanager projecten Fysieke Leefomgeving - Fulltime - HBO Wat ga je doen? Als portfoliomanager voer je regie op het totale projectenportfolio binnen de fysieke leefomgeving. Je zorgt voor samenhang, prioriteringen overzicht en maakt inzichtelijk wat projecten vragen aan capaciteit, middelen en planning. Op basis daarvan adviseer je management en bestuur over strategische keuzes, scenario's en risico's. Je faciliteert onderbouwde besluitvorming en bewaakt de aansluiting tussen bestuurlijke doelen en de uitvoering van projecten. Daarbij verbind je bestuur, management, programma- en projectleiders, beleidsadviseurs en externe initiatiefnemers en creëer je rust en richting in een dynamisch speelveld. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor portfoliomanagement binnen de organisatie; - Je bereidt de portfoliotafel inhoudelijk voor, zit deze voor en neemt deel aan de stuurgroep portfoliomanagement; - Je voert regie op het totale portfolio binnen de fysieke leefomgeving; - Je zorgt voor samenhang, prioritering en balans (capaciteit, financiën, risico's en planning); - Je adviseert management en bestuur over strategische keuzes, prioriteiten en scenario's; - Je bewaakt de aansluiting tussen bestuurlijke doelen, programma's en projecten; - Je signaleert knelpunten, afhankelijkheden en risico's binnen en tussen beleid, projecten en uitvoering; - Je faciliteert besluitvorming met heldere analyses en overzichten; - Je stemt af met project-, programma- en lijnmanagement over voortgang en bijsturing; - Je draagt bij aan de doorontwikkeling van portfoliomanagement; - Je stimuleert integraal werken en samenwerking binnen en buiten de organisatie.
