Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het stofzuigen en dweilen van entrees en trappenhuizen van verschillende woonlocaties. Dankzij jouw inzet komen bewoners fijn thuis is een schone omgeving! Je begint je dag op onze vestiging, waar je samen met je collega's de planning bespreekt en de benodigde materialen verzamelt. Vervolgens ga je zeflstandig op pad en ga je de locaties af volgens planning, waar je je werkzaamheden zorgvuldig uitvoert. Aan het einde van de dag keer je terug naar de vestiging, bespreek je de werkzaamheden en zorg je dat alles weer klaarstaat voor de volgende klus. Een zelfstandige baan vol afwisseling, uitdaging en zichtbaar resultaat waar je trots op kunt zijn! - Je werkt op maandag t/m donderdag en om de week op vrijdag. - Je werkt tussen 07:00 en 15:45. - Je werkt 7 uur en 45 minuten per dag, de ene week 31 en de andere week 38 uur per week. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit - Reinigen van ruimtes: Stofzuigen, dweilen, afstoffen, en schoonmaken van portieken. - Afvalverwerking: Legen van prullenbakken en zorgen voor een juiste afvalscheiding. - Controleren van de voorraad: In de gaten houden van schoonmaakmiddelen en materialen en dit tijdig melden als iets opraakt. Wat vragen wij van jou - Een Teamplayer, want bij NIVO werken we samen - Werkervaring in de schoonmaakbranche is een pré, maar zeker niet noodzakelijk. - In bezit van rijbewijs B. - VCA is een pré of bereidheid om de VCA te behalen binnen NIVO. - VOG-verklaring. - Bereidheid om bereikbaarheidsdiensten te draaien.
