1010 Wien / Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden

Stellenbeschreibung

* allgemeine Empfangs- und Portierdienstleistungen (inkl. Weiterleitung von Telefonaten, Auskunftserteilung, Schlüsselverwaltung)

* Empfang von Besucher*innen

* Zutrittskontrolle und Überwachung von sicherheitstechnischen Einrichtungen und Anlagen (Brandmeldeanlagen)

* Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei besonderen Vorfällen

* Dokumentation von relevanten Daten und Vorkommnissen

Dienstzeiten: Von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 15:00 Uhr im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden.

Qualifikationen

* Volljährigkeit (mind. 18 Jahre)

* einwandfreier Leumund (keine Vorstrafen)

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (MS-Office Anwendungen)

* hohe Lernbereitschaft und Affinität zur Feuerwehr

* gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* korrekte und höfliche Umgangsformen

* Erste Hilfe und Brandschutzwart-Kurs von Vorteil

Bezahlung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Stundenbasis gemäß KV Bewachung, Verwendungsgruppe B. Der Grundlohn beträgt bei 40 Wochenstunden monatlich Ø € 2.403, - brutto exkl. Zulagen.
