Als Full-Service-Immobiliendienstleister gestaltet die ARWAG mit Leidenschaft Lebensraum für Menschen. Sozial, ökologisch und innovativ setzen wir uns dafür ein, leistbaren und nachhaltigen Wohnraum zu schaffen.

Im Auftrag einer Eigentümergemeinschaft suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Kompetenz und Verlässlichkeit zum reibungslosen Betrieb der Liegenschaft beiträgt.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Portier_in (Vollzeit, m/w/x) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Portierdienste und Besetzung der Portierloge

* Anlaufstelle für Bewohner_innen, Besucher_innen und externe Dienstleister_innen

* Durchführung und Überwachung von Brandschutzmaßnahmen gemäß den gesetzlichen Vorgaben

* Betreuung und Kontrolle der haustechnischen Anlagen

* Unterstützung der Hausverwaltung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

* Koordination und Begleitung von Wartungs-, Service- und Reparaturarbeiten

* Laufende Kontrollgänge innerhalb der Liegenschaft

Ihr Profil:

* einwandfreier Leumund

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder vergleichbar)

* >>> Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Brandschutzwart_in <<<

* Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Facility Management

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitszeiten:

* Normalarbeitszeit der Schicht 1: Mo - Do: 7.00 Uhr - 15.30 Uhr und Fr: 7.00 Uhr - 14.30 Uhr; inklusive halbstündiger Mittagspausen

* Normalarbeitszeit der Schicht 2: Mo: 11.30 Uhr - 19.00 Uhr, Di - Fr: 10.30 Uhr - 19.00 Uhr; inklusive halbstündiger Mittagspausen

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von EUR 2.900,00 vorgesehen. Es gilt der Mindestlohntarif für Hausbesorger_innen. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
