The posting

  • In samenwerking met interne stakeholders H&S-projecten en -activiteiten analyseren en die optimaliseren, met focus op een sterke veiligheidscultuur en naleving van EU- en lokale wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van wetswijzigingen en informeren van operations en management op groepsniveau.
  • Beheren van H&S-documentatie, interne databanken en incidentrapporteringen.
  • Verzamelen en analyseren van data ter ondersteuning van rapportering.
  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling, implementatie en optimalisatie van H&S-beleid, -programma’s en onboardingprocessen.
  • Meewerken aan risicoanalyses, interne audits, workshops, seminars en webinars.
  • Detecteren van procesknelpunten en uitwerken van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Meewerken aan diverse ad-hocprojecten.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met een kwalificatie als Preventieadviseur niveau 1.
  • Grondige kennis van EU-wetgeving en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen een internationale context.
  • Sterk organisatorisch en communicatief, waar je zelfstandig en gestructureerd te werk kan gaan.
  • Proactief en besluitvaardig in samenwerking gaan met diverse stakeholders en senior management.
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels, zowel vlot mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Efficiënt werken met MS Office en weten hoe je de digitale tools optimaal kan inzetten.
  • Flexibel en bereid om regelmatig binnen Europa te reizen.
