Postdoc-Assistent:in mit QV-Option (Laufbahnstelle)

Beschäftigungsausmaß: 100 % (40 Std.)

Befristung: 6 Jahre (mit Option auf Entfristung)

Mindestentgelt: € 70.200,20 brutto jährlich (40 Std.); zusätzlich Referenz: € 5.014,30 brutto/Monat, 14× jährlich (Erhöhung durch anrechenbare Vorerfahrung möglich)

Ihre Aufgaben - das erwartet Sie:

-Vertretung der Fächer Arbeits- und Sozialrecht in Forschung und Lehre sowie selbständige Forschung mit dem Ziel der Habilitation

- Selbständige Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen und Prüfungen mittels etablierter und innovativer Methoden

-Mitarbeit bei Forschungs- und Lehrvorhaben sowie Betreuung von Studierenden

-Mitwirkung an Organisations-, Verwaltungs- und Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben sowie am Ausbau wissenschaftlicher und kultureller Kontakte

-Einwerbung von Drittmitteln

Was Sie mitbringen:

- Mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Doktoratsstudium der Rechtswissenschaften

- Fundierte Kenntnisse sowie hervorragende wissenschaftliche Qualifikation im österreichischen und europäischen Arbeits- und Sozialrecht

- Einschlägige Publikations- und Vortragstätigkeit

- Sprachliche Kompetenz und stilsicheres Deutsch

Was Sie zusätzlich auszeichnet:

- Kenntnisse in einem angrenzenden Rechtsfach, insbesondere im Zivilrecht

- Universitäre Lehr- und Prüfungserfahrung sowie Bereitschaft zur Lehre in englischer Sprache

- Erfahrung in Third-Mission-Aktivitäten und Wissensvermittlung sowie einschlägige Auslandserfahrung

- Praktische Erfahrung im Arbeitsrecht

- Bereitschaft zur engagierten Mitarbeit in Forschung, Lehre und Administration

- Kompetenzen im Bereich Gender Mainstreaming und Diversity Management

Diese Laufbahnstelle bietet die Möglichkeit des Abschlusses einer Qualifizierungsvereinbarung gemäß § 27 Uni-KV. Bei Abschluss der Qualifizierungsvereinbarung erfolgt eine Einstufung als Assistenzprofessor:in (Uni-KV A2).
