Als postdoctoraal/senior onderzoeker Bekostiging Domeinoverstijgende Samenwerking bij de onderzoeksgroep BUNDLE van de Health Campus Den Haag, LUMC verdiep je je in dit actuele vraagstuk binnen de eerstelijnszorg. Je verbindt wetenschappelijk onderzoek met ervaringen van professionals, beleidsmakers en andere betrokkenen uit de praktijk. Zo ontwikkel je je verder als onderzoeker, bouw je een breed netwerk op en draag je bij aan kennis die direct toepasbaar is in beleid en praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Centraal staat jouw onderzoek naar passende bekostiging van domeinoverstijgende samenwerking in de eerstelijnszorg. Je werkt aan de vraag hoe samenwerking tussen huisartsen, wijkverpleging, sociaal domein, langdurige zorg en regionale partners duurzaam kan worden georganiseerd én bekostigd. Daarbij maak je deel uit van het landelijke MOVE-consortium, dat onderzoekt hoe hechte wijkverbanden en regionale eerstelijnssamenwerkingsverbanden kunnen worden versterkt. Samen met het MOVE-onderzoeksteam onderzoek je wat qua bekostiging werkt, voor wie, onder welke omstandigheden en hoe deze kennis kan worden vertaald naar concrete handvatten voor beleid en praktijk. Specifiek richt je je op de rol van bekostiging bij domeinoverstijgende samenwerking. De huidige financiering is verdeeld over verschillende wetten, domeinen en verantwoordingssystemen, terwijl samenwerking in de praktijk juist gezamenlijke inzet en gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid vraagt. Hierdoor kunnen knelpunten ontstaan, zoals het wrong-pocket-probleem: opbrengsten komen niet altijd terecht bij de partij die de investering doet.
