Als leidinggevende binnen de bewakingsdiensten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van goederen en personen bij onze klanten. Je bewaart het overzicht, bent niet om de tuin te leiden en herkent risico's nog vóór ze zich stellen. Dankzij je scherpe observatievermogen en sterke beslissingskracht grijp je tijdig in om incidenten en onregelmatigheden te voorkomen. Je neemt dagelijks doordachte beslissingen en garandeert een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening van het hoogste niveau.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Als meewerkende postoverste:

  • Coach, motiveer, train en evalueer je een team van bewakingsagenten.
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, opvolgen en aanpassen van de werkplanningen.
  • Fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant als de agenten.
  • Beheer en controleer je de productiviteit en de naleving van het contract.
  • Werk je actief mee als bewakingsagent binnen de loge op de site.

In je operationele rol als bewakingsagent:

  • Houd je preventieve controlerondes op bedrijfsterreinen en gebouwen.
  • Voer je toezicht via camerabewaking.
  • Sta je in voor een correcte en klantvriendelijke toegangs- en personeelscontrole.
  • Onthaal en begeleid je bezoekers op een professionele manier.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • In het bezit is van een algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent.
  • Reeds ervaring heeft in een leidinggevende rol binnen de bewakingssector.
  • Vlot Nederlands spreekt en een goede kennis heeft van het Engels (kennis Frans is een pluspunt).
  • Zelfverzekerd, creatief en oplossingsgericht is.
  • Vlot overweg kan met het Microsoft Office-pakket.
  • Bereid is om te werken tijdens weekends, nachten en feestdagen.
  • Een rijbewijs B en een eigen voertuig bezit.
  • Van onberispelijk gedrag is en een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister kan voorleggen.
  • Gedreven is door een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en grenzeloos doorzettingsvermogen.
