Ben jij een ervaren bewakingsagent die klaar is voor een stap hoger in verantwoordelijkheid? Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in veiligheid, toezicht en coördinatie binnen een professionele omgeving? Voor één van onze klanten op verschillende sites in Brussel zoeken wij een bewakingsagent met een mature en leidinggevende ingesteldheid. In deze functie combineer je operationele bewakingstaken met een coördinerende rol binnen het team.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Als bewakingsagent met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid en operationele opvolging op de site, in afwezigheid van de postoverste:

  • Professionele camerabewaking en actieve monitoring;
  • Ondersteuning van de postoverste
  • Toegangscontrole en beveiligingsopvolging;
  • Onthaal van bezoekers, medewerkers en externe partners;
  • Coördinatie en ondersteuning van het bewakingsteam op de site;
  • Snelle en correcte reactie bij incidenten of alarmmeldingen;
  • Organisatorische opvolging van veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je beschikt over een algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent;
  • Je hebt ervaring in bewaking, onthaal of veiligheidsopdrachten;
  • Je hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en leiderschapscapaciteiten;
  • Je werkt vlot met PC-systemen en beveiligingstoepassingen;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans zeer goed;
  • Je bent ook flexibel inzetbaar in het weekend;
  • Je blijft rustig, professioneel en besluitvaardig in stresssituaties.
  • Aantrekkelijk salaris: Volgens PC 317 (Looncategorie BI) met maaltijdcheques, shiftenpremies verplaatsingsvergoeding, en de optie voor een hospitalisatieverzekering;
  • Uitdaging en variatie: Geen dag is hetzelfde in deze veelzijdige rol;
