Je werkt parttime tussen 14:00 en 18:30 uur, ideaal als je graag in de middag actief bent. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie en planning vlekkeloos verlopen en hebt direct contact met chauffeurs, collega's en klanten. Door jouw inzet blijft het overzicht behouden en loopt alles soepel. Je krijgt energie van een dynamische omgeving en vindt het leuk om snel te schakelen. Je bent servicegericht en houdt van structuur, waardoor jij het verschil maakt op de werkvloer. Op een doorsnee werkdag beantwoord je vragen van klantenservice, chauffeurs en klanten via telefoon en e-mail. Je plant afhaalopdrachten en stemt deze af met de juiste chauffeurs. Je verwerkt bestellingen, controleert routelijsten en zorgt dat pakketstatussen altijd up-to-date zijn. Ook help je klanten persoonlijk in de pakketshop op het depot.
