Ben jij een expert op het gebied van het Power Platform en Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)? Heb je een passie voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van slimme oplossingen die organisaties helpen groeien en beter presteren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Jouw uitdaging als PowerApps/Dynamics Consultant Als Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE Consultant speel je een sleutelrol in het adviseren van klanten over de beste aanpak voor hun CRM-processen en -strategieën. Je vertaalt hun behoeften naar schaalbare oplossingen binnen het Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE en gerelateerde technologieën. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met projectteams en stakeholders om zowel technische als functionele vereisten naadloos te integreren. Wat ga je doen? Het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en klantbehoeften om te vertalen naar maatwerkoplossingen. Het ontwerpen, configureren en implementeren van Dynamics 365 CE-applicaties, Power Apps, Power Automate en Power BI. Adviseren over best practices en innovatieve mogelijkheden binnen het Microsoft Power Platform-ecosysteem. Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en andere consultants om integraties en uitbreidingen te realiseren. Training en ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers om maximale adoptie te waarborgen. Je bent communicatief sterk en weet complexe vraagstukken eenvoudig uit te leggen. Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig projecten succesvol kan realiseren. Certificeringen zoals MB-210, MB-230, MB-240 en PL-200 zijn een pré. Ervaring met Agile werken en Microsoft Surestep. Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Jouw team Als PowerApps/Dynamics Consultant word je onderdeel van de organisatie Unica Business Applications. Het team bestaat uit een kleine 25 professionals, van consultants tot solution architects. Samen zorgen we voor het continue verbeteren van het applicatielandschap van onze klanten.
