The posting

Je bent de schakel tussen productie, productieplanning en kwaliteit. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking op de productievloer, volgt productieprocessen en planning mee op en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt geregistreerd en opgevolgd. Samen met de PQ-medewerkers, productieplanner en afdelingsverantwoordelijken draag je bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte productie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bewaakt de identificatie, traceerbaarheid en registratie van producten.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op, controleert productiefiches, neemt indien nodig planningstaken over en signaleert afwijkingen of noodzakelijke aanpassingen.
  • Je controleert de productieverslagen en koppelt onduidelijkheden of afwijkingen terug aan de betrokken afdelingsverantwoordelijken, de productieplanning en de kwaliteitsdienst.
  • Je ziet toe op orde, structuur en het correct naleven van afspraken binnen productie.
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies en spreekt medewerkers op een constructieve manier aan.
  • Je merkt operationele problemen tijdig op en helpt actief zoeken naar werkbare oplossingen.
  • Je volgt de productieplanning op, controleert productiefiches, neemt indien nodig planningstaken over en signaleert afwijkingen of noodzakelijke aanpassingen.
  • Je voert een eerste controle uit op de verlofplanning en rapporteert mogelijke knelpunten aan de productieplanning en HR.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige administratieve opvolging in Lynxes, waaronder het beheren van documenten en het opmaken van verkoopetiketten en palletfiches.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de afdelingen en helpt bij het opvolgen van afspraken en het oplossen van problemen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte onboarding, opleiding en opvolging van (nieuwe) medewerkers en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Een goede kennis van Engels & Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving; ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht en voelt je thuis op de productievloer. Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, stuurt medewerkers aan en communiceert op een correcte en constructieve manier.
  • Je combineert zelfstandig werken met een sterke teamgeest en een flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
