Onze klant is een coöperatieve organisatie gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, verwerking en distributie van verse groenten en fruit van Belgische telers naar nationale en internationale afnemers. Daarnaast staat ze in voor kwaliteitscontrole, sortering, verpakking en logistieke ondersteuning.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant is een coöperatieve organisatie gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, verwerking en distributie van verse groenten en fruit van Belgische telers naar nationale en internationale afnemers. Daarnaast staat ze in voor kwaliteitscontrole, sortering, verpakking en logistieke ondersteuning.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee uitwerken en onderhouden van een gestructureerde PR- en communicatieplanning.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met journalisten, redacties en andere mediapartners.
  • Schrijven en ontwikkelen van persberichten, persdossiers en diverse communicatiematerialen.
  • Creëren of coördineren van content voor de website, nieuwsbrieven, sociale media, interne communicatiekanalen en externe publicaties.
  • Vertalen van relevante ontwikkelingen naar duidelijke communicatie voor collega's, stakeholders en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Mee ondersteunen van interne ambassadeursprogramma's, stakeholderactiviteiten, events en andere communicatieprojecten.
  • PR-vertaalslagen maken voor campagnes, samenwerkingen en marketinginitiatieven.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het bewaken van de communicatiestijl, merkidentiteit en reputatie.
  • Projecten zelfstandig beheren van conceptfase tot publicatie.
  • Externe partners aansturen en resultaten evalueren om toekomstige communicatie-initiatieven verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen marketing, public relations, contentcreatie, journalistiek en/of bedrijfscommunicatie.
  • Je schrijft foutloos en overtuigend in het Nederlands.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je weet complexe of gevoelige informatie om te zetten naar duidelijke en toegankelijke boodschappen.
  • Je denkt vanuit doelgroep, doelstelling en impact en weet hier je communicatie op af te stemmen.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en beheert meerdere projecten zelfstandig.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en groeipotentieel zijn minstens even belangrijk.
