Die Medizinische Universität Wien zählt mit rund 6.500 Mitarbeiter:innen und 8.600 Studierenden zu

einer der größten biomedizinischen Spitzenforschungs- und Lehrinstitutionen Europas. Die Abteilung

Assessment & Skills des Teaching Centers sucht voraussichtlich ab 2. November 2026, in Teilzeit

(30 Wochenstunden) und befristet bis 31. Dezember 2027 eine:n Prüfungsreferent:in (m/w/d). 1 Prüfungsreferent:in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

º Koordinierung der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von schriftlichen und

praktischen Prüfungen

º Methodische und inhaltliche Planung von standardisierten Prüfungen

º Verwaltung und Dokumentation prüfungsrelevanter Daten und Unterlagen

º Projektmitarbeit

Ihr Profil

º Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) in Pädagogik, Psychologie oder ein

anderes Studium

º Fundierte Erfahrung in der Lehre sowie im Prüfungswesen, Kenntnisse quantitativer

empirischer Methoden, Fähigkeit und Interesse an der Koordination

º Organisation und Auswertung von schriftlichen und praktischen Prüfungen, Interesse an einer

engen Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrenden der Medizinischen Universität Wien

º Interesse im Bereich der Hochschuldidaktik

º Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationsprogrammen,

Statistiksoftware und Datenbanken

º Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher Sprache sowie

gute Englischkenntnisse

º Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit sowie kooperative Arbeitsweise

º Erfahrung in administrativen Abläufen sowie in der Organisation und Koordination von

Arbeitsprozessen

º Fähigkeit zu präzisem, strukturiertem und selbständigem Arbeiten

º Rasche Auffassungsgabe, hohe Zuverlässigkeit sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen

Das monatliche Mindestentgelt für diese Verwendung (Uni-KV, VerwGr. IVa) beträgt derzeit

Euro 2.587,-- brutto (14x jährlich) auf Teilzeitbasis und kann sich eventuell durch die Anrechnung von

entsprechenden, einschlägigen Vorerfahrungen und um sonstige mit den Besonderheiten des

Arbeitsplatzes verbundene Entgeltsbestandteile erhöhen.
