Daarom zoeken wij iemand die kansen ziet. Iemand die denkt: dit moeten we laten zien . Die een goed beeld herkent, een pakkende tekst schrijft, collega's makkelijk aanspreekt en van een project, oplevering of jubileum iets maakt dat blijft hangen. En misschien wel het belangrijkste: je krijgt bij ons de kans om PR & Marketing echt op jouw manier neer te zetten. We zijn geen organisatie met een grote marketingafdeling waarin alles al vastligt. Jij krijgt juist veel vrijheid om zelf te bepalen wat werkt, waar kansen liggen en hoe we Groenen Bouw & Onderhoud steeds sterker zichtbaar maken. Geen standaard marketingbaan dus. Wel een functie met vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en veel ruimte voor jouw ideeën. Wat ga je doen? Jij brengt Groenen Bouw & Onderhoud in beeld. Online, intern en naar buiten toe. Je bent binnen onze organisatie degene die zich dagelijks bezighoudt met PR en marketing. Dat betekent ook dat je veel zelfstandig werkt en zelf richting geeft aan deze rol. Je hoeft niet te wachten tot iemand vertelt wat er moet gebeuren: we zoeken juist iemand die kansen ziet en ermee aan de slag gaat. Je bezoekt onze projecten, loopt mee met uitvoerders en vakmensen en ziet met eigen ogen wat er buiten wordt gemaakt. Vervolgens maak jij de vertaalslag naar een verhaal dat ook anderen begrijpen en waarderen. Van het vakmanschap van een timmerman of tegelzetter tot een complete renovatie, verduurzamingsproject of bijzondere oplossing voor een bewoner: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze collega's én de buitenwereld zien wat er iede...
