Huisartsenpraktijk HuisVlam in Vlamertinge zoekt een praktijkassistent om het team te versterken vanaf 1 oktober 2026.

Wie zijn wij?

Wij zijn een dynamische huisartsenpraktijk met drie huisartsen. We verhuizen binnenkort naar een gloednieuwe, ruime praktijk en zoeken hiervoor extra praktijkondersteuning.

Onze zorg is evidence-based, persoonlijk en efficiënt, met aandacht voor preventie, samenwerking en duurzaamheid.

We bieden een warme, professionele omgeving waarin iedereen meebouwt aan toegankelijke eerstelijnszorg voor onze patiënten.

Jouw rol

Als praktijkassistent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze praktijk. Je zorgt voor een vriendelijk onthaal en een vlotte communicatie, zowel aan de telefoon als aan de balie.

Daarnaast ondersteun je het team bij administratieve en praktische taken en help je mee om de werking van de praktijk verder te optimaliseren.

Jouw taken omvatten o.a.:

• Onthaal en telefonie van patiënten

• Afsprakenbeheer en administratieve opvolging

• Ondersteuning van artsen en praktijkwerking

• Meedenken over een efficiënte, warme en moderne praktijkorganisatie

Wie jij bent

We zoeken een enthousiaste, warme kracht met zin voor initiatief en organisatie.

Je bent communicatief sterk, empathisch en werkt graag in teamverband. Je kan overweg met administratieve taken en structuur en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent stressbestendig en discreet.

Ervaring in een medische of zorgcontext is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste — motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
