Je komt te werken binnen een moderne en vooruitstrevende tandheelkundige organisatie waar hoogwaardige zorg en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. De functie is beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week en de werkdagen en werktijden worden in overleg afgestemd, zodat er een goede balans ontstaat tussen jouw wensen en die van de praktijk. Dit wordt jouw rol binnen de praktijk Als praktijkmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de praktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie soepel draait, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en ondersteunt het team waar nodig. Daarnaast plan en optimaliseer je de kamer- en personeelsbezetting en draag je bij aan een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Je coacht een multidisciplinair team, creëert een inspirerende werkomgeving en denkt actief mee over de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van de praktijk.
