Voor onze praktijk in Bellingwolde zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en daadkrachtige Praktijkmanager. Op slechts zo'n 35 minuten rijden vanaf Groningen biedt deze functie een mooie uitdaging voor iemand die graag de mouwen opstroopt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met energie samen met het team de praktijk verder wil ontwikkelen. Als Praktijkmanager ben jij het organisatorische hart van de praktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse praktijkvoering soepel verloopt, het team goed samenwerkt en patiënten kunnen rekenen op kwalitatieve, veilige en persoonlijke zorg. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het praktijkteam, de behandelaren, HR, het servicecenter en externe partijen. Samen met het team en de Regiomanager draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van zorg, een goed functionerend team en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering. Heb jij al ervaring met het aansturen van een team of met praktijkmanagement en krijg je energie van organiseren, samenwerken en verbeteren? Solliciteer dan direct! We maken graag kennis met je! Dit breng jij mee: - Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in het aansturen van een team en/of in praktijkmanagement. - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands. - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet ook in een dynamische omgeving rust en overzicht te bewaren. - Je durft zelfstandig operationele beslissingen te nemen. - Je bent gemiddeld 4 dagen (34 uur) per week beschikbaar.
