Houd je overzicht, weet je mensen te motiveren en vind je het leuk om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van een goed georganiseerde praktijk? Dan is deze functie als praktijkmanager bij Dental Clinics Barendrecht iets voor jou! De praktijk zoekt een praktijkmanager voor minimaal 32 uur per week. De werkdagen worden in overleg vastgesteld. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Samen met de klinisch manager leidinggeven aan tandartsen, mondhygiënisten, assistenten en receptiemedewerkers. - Coachen, motiveren en begeleiden van medewerkers. - Zorgen voor een veilige, professionele en prettige werkomgeving. - Optimaliseren van de personeels- en kamerplanning. - Bewaken van een efficiënte dagelijkse praktijkvoering. - Zorgen voor een uitstekende patiëntenervaring. - Meedenken over groei en verdere ontwikkeling van de praktijk. - Bijdragen aan een gezond bedrijfsresultaat. - Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor het Shared Service Center. - Samenwerken met de regiomanager en andere praktijkmanagers binnen de regio. - Bewaken en verbeteren van interne processen. Over de praktijk Dental Clinics Barendrecht is een moderne praktijk met 6 behandelkamers waar uitgebreide mondzorg wordt aangeboden. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne apparatuur en technieken, waaronder: - 3Shape TRIOS-scanner - EMS Airflow De praktijk is overzichtelijk en efficiënt ingericht. De behandelkamers hebben dezelfde indeling en materialen en instrumenten hebben een vaste plek. Dat zorgt voor structuur en een prettige werkwijze. Je komt terecht in een divers en betrokken team waarin samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn. Successen worden samen gevierd en er worden regelmatig leuke activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals een team-BBQ. De praktijk is bovendien goed..
