The posting

Voor een groeiende kliniek gespecialiseerd in plastische en esthetische chirurgie zoeken we een ondernemende clinic manager op zelfstandige basis, die de dagelijkse werking professioneel organiseert, structureert en optimaliseert.

Jouw rol

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen de kliniek en zorgt ervoor dat artsen, secretariaat en overige medewerkers efficiënt samenwerken. Je neemt de dagelijkse operationele leiding op en rapporteert periodiek aan de artsen/eigenaars.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Structuur en efficiëntie brengen in de dagelijkse kliniekwerking (processen & administratie).
  • Aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van secretariaat, schoonheidsspecialisten en overige medewerkers.
  • HR-gerelateerde taken opnemen, waaronder planning, evaluaties en aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.
  • Stockbeheer en opvolgen van aankopen.
  • Prioriteiten bewaken in backoffice, e-mails en operationele opvolging.
  • De migratie naar een nieuw kliniek- en IT-systeem mee trekken en data optimaal benutten.
  • Financiële en operationele cijfers interpreteren, opvolgen en rapporteren.
  • Commerciële initiatieven mee uitwerken.
  • Verbeterpunten signaleren en concrete optimalisaties voorstellen en uitvoeren.
  • Meedenken over de verdere groei van de kliniek.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in business management, bedrijfseconomie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring in een operationele management-, praktijkmanagement- of coördinerende functie.
  • Sterk in organisatie, planning, financiële inzichten en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Hands-on: je springt bij waar nodig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Communicatief, empathisch en in staat om verschillende stakeholders te verbinden.
  • Voldoende maturiteit en slagkracht om leiding te nemen, zelfstandig te werken en weerwerk te bieden wanneer nodig.
  • Voldoende financieel inzicht en affiniteit met IT en data.
  • Ervaring in een kliniek of groepspraktijk is een plus maar geen vereiste.

  • Samenwerking op zelfstandige basis, met maandelijkse facturatie.
  • Vaste vergoeding tussen €6000-€8000 per maand bij voltijdse inzet, afhankelijk van ervaring en profiel.
  • Een 4/5e invulling is bespreekbaar.
  • Mogelijkheid tot variabele vergoeding en op termijn eventuele participatie in de groei van de kliniek.
