Van personeelszaken en planning tot kwaliteit en communicatie: verschillende onderdelen van de dagelijkse praktijkvoering komen in deze functie samen. De verbindende schakel in de praktijk Een praktijkmanager vormt de verbinding tussen praktijkhouder, behandelaren en andere medewerkers. De werkzaamheden zijn breed en kunnen bestaan uit personeelsmanagement, planning, administratie, kwaliteitsbeleid en het bewaken en verbeteren van werkprocessen. Naast het organiseren van de dagelijkse praktijkvoering ligt de focus steeds meer op coördineren en verbeteren. Dat vraagt om overzicht, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kennis van verschillende aspecten van praktijkmanagement. De opleiding Praktijkmanagement B D e opleiding Praktijkmanagement niveau B biedt een brede basis voor beginnende praktijkmanagers en medewerkers die doorgroeien naar deze functie. Tijdens de opleiding komen verschillende onderdelen van praktijkmanagement aan bod, waaronder organisatie- en personeelsmanagement, kwaliteitsmanagement, communicatie en financiële en agendaplanning. De combinatie van kennis en praktische vaardigheden helpt om de verschillende verantwoordelijkheden binnen de functie professioneel in te vullen.
