Dan is deze functie als praktijkmanager bij Dental Clinics Wassenaar iets voor jou! Dental Clinics Wassenaar zoekt een praktijkmanager voor 3 tot 4 dagen per week. Ervaring binnen de mondzorg is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Jouw leidinggevende ervaring, mensenkennis en resultaatgerichte manier van werken zijn belangrijker. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Dagelijks leidinggeven aan behandelaren en ondersteunende collega's. - Coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers. - Voeren van gesprekken over functioneren, ontwikkeling, samenwerking en inzetbaarheid. - Stimuleren van eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team. - Zorgen voor een optimale personeels- en kamerplanning. - Bewaken van de dagelijkse voortgang en continuïteit van de praktijk. - Analyseren van stuurinformatie en vertalen van cijfers naar concrete verbeteracties. - Signaleren en actief oplossen van knelpunten. - Bewaken van kwaliteit en zorgen dat werkprocessen goed worden uitgevoerd. - Creëren van een professionele en prettige werkomgeving. - Nauw samenwerken met de tandarts-directeur. - Samenwerken met de regiomanager, andere praktijkmanagers en het Shared Service Center. Over de praktijk Dental Clinics Wassenaar is een moderne dorpspraktijk met 6 behandelkamers, een stabiel team en een prettige werksfeer. Patiënten van alle leeftijden kunnen er terecht voor complete mondzorg, van preventieve behandelingen tot implantologie. Je geeft leiding aan een ervaren en multidisciplinair team van onder andere tandartsen, mondhygiënisten en (paro-)preventieassistenten. Het team is bove.
