Je weet precies wanneer je zelf kunt behandelen of moet doorverwijzen naar de generalistische basis GGZ of specialistische GGZ. Op dit moment hebben wij vacatures voor allround POH-GGZ'ers in: Wat bieden wij? Een zelfstandige, verantwoordelijke en afwisselende functie met volop mogelijkheden om een bijdrage te leveren aan de psychosociale/psychiatrische zorg voor patiënten in de huisartsenpraktijk. Een tijdelijk dienstverband waarbij je zal worden ingeschaald conform de cao-huisartsenzorg. Bij goed functioneren wordt het tijdelijke dienstverband na één jaar omgezet naar een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd. Als je werkt bij Mediis ga je zelfstandig aan de slag bij één of meerdere huisartsenpraktijken en ben je tegelijkertijd onderdeel van het Mediis POH-GGZ team. Dit heeft voordelen. - Er zijn afspraken met de huisartspraktijken, zodat verwachtingen over jouw werk als POH-GGZ in de huisartspraktijk, en de faciliteiten die je daarbij gebruikt wederzijds duidelijk zijn. - Er is een inwerkprogramma en je wordt begeleid. Voor je vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling bieden we intervisie, intercollegiale consultatie en diverse soorten scholing zodat jij blijft leren. - Je kunt jezelf verder ontwikkelen door mee te denken over handvatten voor de praktijk zoals de ontwikkeling van zorgpaden en je kan patiëntengroepen beg...
