Praktijkopleider Wonen met Zorg (24 uur per week, per 1 januari 2027) Ben jij die praktijkopleider die bij Laurens een cruciale rol wil spelen in het coachen, inspireren en adviseren van werkbegeleiders en leidinggevenden op locatie? Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega voor 24 uur per week voor het domein Wonen met Zorg. Wat ga je doen? Als praktijkopleider sta je klaar om werkbegeleiders en leidinggevenden te ondersteunen bij het in de praktijk begeleiden van leerlingen en stagiaires van diverse zorg- en welzijnsopleidingen. Dit is een dynamische en uitdagende positie waarin jouw deskundigheid bijdraagt aan de verbetering van de kwaliteit en de succesvolle uitvoering van het opleidingsbeleid van Laurens, verspreid over meerdere locaties. Met een coachende aanpak bied je waardevol advies en ondersteuning aan werkbegeleiders en leidinggevenden om een stimulerend leerklimaat te creëren. Het organiseren van teambijeenkomsten is hier ook onderdeel van. Voor de aan jou toegewezen locaties ben jij voor het praktijkopleiden het vaste gezicht en aanspreekpunt vanuit de Laurens Academie. Waar nodig neem je collega's waar of spring je bij op andere locaties. Vanuit onze visie op opleiden werken we namelijk allemaal op dezelfde manier. Naast de werkzaamheden op de locaties zijn er in het team ook andere taken die door jou kunnen worden opgepakt (afhankelijk van jouw interesses en kwaliteiten). Denk hierbij aan het samenwerken met scholen, specifieke aandachtsgebieden (zoals de MZ-opleiding), de onboarding van stagiaires, kwaliteitsbevordering of het organiseren van teamactiviteiten.
