Als praktijkopleider speel je een essentiële rol binnen onze woonvormen door de continuïteit van begeleiding en beoordeling van leerlingen en stagiaires te waarborgen. Als praktijkopleider ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor allerlei zaken rondom leren en ontwikkelen. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt leerlingen van niveau 1 tot en met niveau 6 tijdens hun beroepspraktijkvorming (BPV). Daarnaast onderhoud je nauwe contacten met diverse betrokkenen, waaronder adviseurs leren en ontwikkelen, werkbegeleiders, zorgcoördinatoren, locatiemanagers, docenten en opleidingsaanbieders. Samen met een team van mede praktijkopleiders coach je ook de werkbegeleiders en draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van leerlingen en collega's Dit ben jij - Je hebt een zorggerelateerd diploma op minimaal MBO-4 niveau en affiniteit met het begeleiden van leerlingen. Een achtergrond als verpleegkundige is mooi meegenomen, maar ook met een ander zorggerelateerd niveau 4-diploma nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren. - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot praktijkopleider (of bent bereid deze te behalen); - Je hebt rijbewijs B en beschikt over een auto; - Je beschikt over didactische en coachende vaardigheden en weet hoe je moet reflecteren; - Je bent leergierig en weet anderen te motiveren; - Je bent een...
