Mint Tandartsen is een tandartsengroep van toonaangevende praktijken. We zijn op zoek naar een Praktijkverantwoordelijke die de motor wordt van één van deze toppraktijken: Dental Excellence

De tandartspraktijk van Dental Excellence is een moderne praktijk waar kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte tandheelkundige zorg centraal staat. Het team van tandartsen en assistenten werkt in een goed georganiseerde en professionele omgeving, met aandacht voor zowel preventieve als curatieve behandelingen. Dankzij een efficiënte werking, moderne technologie en voortdurende bijscholing streeft de praktijk ernaar om elke patiënt op een persoonlijke en duurzame manier te begeleiden naar een optimale mondgezondheid.

Als Praktijkverantwoordelijke ben jij, samen met de hoofdassistente/hoofdtandarts, verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de praktijk. Je vormt een essentiële schakel en zorgt voor een efficiënte, goed gestructureerde werkomgeving waarbij je de organisatorische processen optimaal beheert.

EEN GREEP UIT JE TAKENPAKKET ALS PRAKTIJKVERANTWOORDELIJKE:

Leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden en teamontwikkeling:

  • Leidinggeven aan het team en het organiseren van teamoverleggen
  • Het opstellen van werkroosters en het efficiënt plannen van personeel
  • Het voeren van evaluatie- coaching- en functioneringsgesprekken
  • Coördinatie van de werving en selectie
  • Onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers

Financiële opvolging van de praktijk:

  • Opvolgen van de budgetten, omzet en kosten
  • Het opvolgen en afhandelen van debiteuren

Operationeel beheer:

  • Het optimaliseren van processen en uitvoeren van administratieve taken
  • Facilitaire organisatie en beheer van voorraden en materiaal
  • Leidinggevende ervaring: Je hebt sterke, aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • Hands-on en oplossingsgericht: Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Klantgerichte en communicatief sterke aanpak: Je hebt een professionele en vriendelijke houding naar zowel collega’s als patiënten
  • Organisatorisch talent: Je plant en coördineert vlot, met oog voor detail en efficiëntie
  • Cijfermatig: Je hoeft geen finance professional te zijn, maar interesse in het financiële aspect is écht een must. Eerdere ervaring een grote plus
  • Stressbestendig: Je behoudt het overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig, zelfs in drukke periodes
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden: Je beheert processen efficiënt en werkt nauwkeurig aan administratieve taken
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en andere digitale tools
