Als verpleegkundige in onze praktijk vervul je een veelzijdige rol binnen de eerstelijnszorg:

• Je voert zelfstandig verpleegkundig-technische handelingen uit zoals bloedafnames, wondzorg, hechtingen verwijderen, ECG-afnames, oren uitspuiten, cryotherapie en vaccinaties of injecties.

• Je bent een vertrouwenspersoon en luisterend oor, en biedt warme, professionele ondersteuning.

• Je houdt patiëntendossiers nauwkeurig up-to-date en staat in voor de opvolging van chronische aandoeningen zoals diabetes en hypertensie.

• Je doet infectieraadplegingen.

• Je neemt een actieve rol op in preventieve zorg: je geeft educatie rond gezonde levensstijl, stimuleert deelname aan bevolkingsonderzoeken en helpt bij zorgplanning.

• Je krijgt ruimte om praktijkverbeterende projecten uit te werken en mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze praktijk.

• Je staat in contact met andere medische huizen, en wisselt op die manier kennis en informatie uit.

Je beschikt over een bachelor in de verpleegkunde of een gelijkgesteld A1-diploma.

• Een postgraduaat VIHP is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

• Je werkt graag in teamverband en bent empathisch, communicatief en sociaal.

• Je kan zelfstandig en efficiënt werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.

• Je bent gedreven, leergierig en bereid om je verder bij te scholen.

• Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, vrij goede kennis van het Engels, kennis van het Frans is een meerwaarde.

• Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en beschikt bij voorkeur over een eigen wagen.
