* Proaktive Unterstützung unseres P&C-Legal-Teams

* Juristische Recherchetätigkeiten und Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Empfehlungen

* Mitarbeit bei P&C-Projekten sowie der Entwicklung moderner P&C-Prozesse und Unterstützung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

* Überprüfung der internen Regeln, der Personalpolitik und der Vorschriften auf der Grundlage der arbeitsrechtlichen Anforderungen.

* Mitarbeit bzw. Überblick in allen Belangen der P&C-Arbeit
