Start: Januar/Februar 2027 für 6 Monate befristet

Aufgaben

Als vollwertiges Team-Mitglied übernimmst du als Praktikant_in wichtige Aufgaben und trägst dazu bei, dass Austrian Airlines als Top Arbeitergeberin auftritt.

* Du unterstützt im gesamten Recruitingprozess, von der Auswahl bis zur Einstellung der Kandidat_innen.

* Du erstellst Jobausschreibungen und veröffentlichst sie im e-Recruiting System.

* Du wirkst an Projekten zur Verbesserung der Candidate Experience mit.

* Du arbeitest bei der Gestaltung von Assessment Centern und anderen HR Veranstaltungen mit.

* Du nimmst aktiv an Jobmessen sowie bei der Rekrutierung von Young Talents teil.

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung bei der Betreuung und Onboarding von Praktikant_innen in unserem Unternehmen.

* Du bereitest Informationen vor und unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten.

Voraussetzungen

Wir suchen weltoffene und neugierige Menschen, die während ihres Studiums ihre Energie, ihr Wissen und ihren frischen Blick aktiv einbringen wollen.

* Du bist über den gesamten Zeitraum des Praktikums immatrikuliert (aktuelle

Immatrikulationsbescheinigung muss der Bewerbung beigefügt werden), idealerweise in einem

Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR Management, Psychologie oder ähnliches.

* Du hast eine Affinität zu HR-Systemen/Themen und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

* Du bist kunden- und serviceorientiert.

* Du hast Freude daran, selbständig zu arbeiten und es fällt dir leicht, komplexe Aufgabenbereiche

gut zu strukturieren.

* Du besitzt hohe Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität.

* Du bist kommunikativ und teamfähig.

* Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Du verfügst über eine uneingeschränkte Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich/die Europäische Union
