Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (Befristung auf 6 Monate)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit an der analytischen Aufbereitung nationaler und internationaler Fragestellungen in den Bereichen Frauenförderung, Genderforschung, Diversität & Inklusion sowie Sustainability

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption von Umfragen, statistischen Auswertungen und Präsentationen

* Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Umsetzung unternehmensinterner Maßnahmen zur Förderung von

Diversität und zur Gewaltprävention

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Organisation von Veranstaltungen

* Mitarbeit bei Kommunikations- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit

* Laufendes FH- oder Universitätsstudium auch während des Praktikums, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Diversitätsmanagement oder Gender Studies

* Interesse an den Themenstellungen des Referats

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit zur wissenschaftlichen Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen

* Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Teamarbeit sowie an der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kund_innen bzw. Stakeholdern

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

* Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
