Für unsere Recruiting-Abteilung in Wien (3. Bezirk) suchen wir DICH

Durch unsere Devise "Training on the job" hast Du die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen des Praktikums folgende Abläufe kennenzulernen:

- Auswahlprozess von BewerberInnen inkl. Telefoninterviews sowie Begleitung bei persönlichen Interviews - Suche nach geeigneten KandidatInnen in diversen Datenbanken - Organisatorische sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

Für dieses Praktikum sind folgende Qualifikationen hilfreich:

- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Fokus HR, Wirtschaft oder Psychologie - Interesse für HR-Management, Recruiting und Vertrieb - Geübt im Umgang mit MS Office und Social Media - Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Proaktives Verhalten und Hands-on-Mentalität
