Content Creation & Social Media: Du unterstützt uns tatkräftig bei der redaktionellen Betreuung unserer Karrierekanäle. Dabei bringst du aktiv eigene Ideen ein, entwickelst neue Formate samt kreativer Skripte, die die Attraktivität von P&C als Arbeitgeber stärken, und begleitest den Content von der ersten Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung.

Videoproduktion & Schnitt: Du bist regelmäßig in unseren Verkaufshäusern unterwegs, um dort gemeinsam mit unseren Mitarbeitenden Videos zu drehen, die authentische Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag geben.

Kampagnen managen: Du bist an der Steuerung, Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von internationalen online Kampagnen für P&C als Arbeitgeber beteiligt und gestaltest dies aktiv mit.

Messen & Events: Du organisierst gemeinsam mit deinem Team diverse online und offline Karriereformate. Neben dem Austausch mit Stakeholdern, übernimmst du im Zuge dessen viele koordinative und organisatorische Aufgaben.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Dein Bildungsweg: Du studierst im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Medien oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befindest Dich im Gap Year.

Dein Profil: Du hast eine große Leidenschaft für Social Media und kennst aktuelle Trends, Sounds und Designs ganz genau. Du weißt, wie man diese unterhaltsam umsetzt und bringst eine echte Hands-on-Mentalität mit.

Deine Skills: Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Videoschnitt und der Content-Erstellung für Social Videos mit. Du hast ein sicheres Gefühl für Timings, visuelles Storytelling und ausdrucksstarke Texte. Außerdem bist du sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.

Dein Stärken: Du behältst den Überblick über Aufgaben, Projekte und Reports - auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig anfallen und hast Lust in einem internationalen Team aktiv mitzuarbeiten.
