Je bent een volwaardige vakspecialist die zelstandig discovery leidt, klantspecifieke oplossingen ontwerpt en deals mede vormgeeft samen met de sales organisatie. Je combineert diepgaande kennis van EAM, CMMS en asset-intensieve operaties met sterke commerciële en verhalende vaardigheden. Je spreekt de taal van Plant Managers, Maintenance Directors en Operations VP's zonder dat je die eerst hoeft te leren uit het product. Door middel van krachtige demonstraties, scherpe waardeverhalen en gedegen advies - in het Nederlands, Engels en waar relevant Frans - laat je klanten in de Benelux-regio zien wat de meerwaarde van Ultimo is. daadwerkelijk oplevert. Intern ben je een kennisleider voor het Benelux-verkoopteam. Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden Domeinexpertise & Klantadvies - Voer discovery-gesprekken zelfstandig, op mid- tot senior niveau (Maintenance Manager tot Operations Director), en herken zonder hulp waar het pijn doet in de huidige manier van werken. - Vertaal operationele en asset-gerelateerde uitdagingen naar tastbare Ultimo-oplossingen-gebaseerd op écht begrip van EAM/CMMS-workflows, niet op aangeleerde product terminologie. - Ondersteun sales bij aanbestedingen en complexe biedingstrajecten, en schrijf zelfstandig voorstellen en requirement documentatie. - Verzorg nauwkeurige tijd- en kostenramingen Storytelling & Waardepropositie - Kwantificeer impact in de financiële en operationele taal van de klant; de demo is het bewijs, niet de pitch. - Positioneer Ultimo scherp ten opzichte van concurrenten - weet waar het product wint én waar het (nog) niet de beste keuze is. - Open elke demo met het probleem van de klant, niet met het product - bouw een h...
