Naast het onderhouden van onze eigen vloot, verzorgen we ook het onderhoud aan vliegtuigen, motoren en componenten van meer dan 150 klanten. Wat ga je doen? ls Predictive Maintenance Engineer werk je in een innovatief en energiek team, precies op het snijvlak van vliegtuigsystemen, onderhoudsoperaties en IT. Moderne vliegtuigen genereren steeds meer data, en het is jouw taak om deze data om te zetten in waardevolle inzichten via analyses en optimalisaties. Door het combineren van real-time sensorgegevens met onderhoudsdata kun je voorspellen wanneer vliegtuigcomponenten mogelijk falen, nog voordat dit leidt tot operationele problemen of dure reparaties. In deze rol begeleid je de ontwikkeling en adoptie van nieuwe Predictive Maintenance-producten voor vliegtuigen, van concept tot implementatie, met als doel waarde toe te voegen aan onze onderhoudsorganisatie. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair Agile/SCRUM-team met data scientists, data- en software engineers, business experts en eindgebruikers. De uitdaging ligt in het vinden van patronen in de data die voorspellende waarde hebben, door jouw technische domeinkennis te combineren met datagedreven methodes. Vervolgens werk je samen met het team om deze inzichten om te zetten in een product, begeleid je het implementatieproces en ondersteun je het gebruik en de continue verbetering ervan.
