Voor een betonbedrijf in Grobbendonk zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Productiemedewerker die wil meebouwen aan onze toekomst.

Jouw takenpakket

1. Bekisten van producten

  • Slijpen en op maat maken van wapeningsnetten en sparingen.
  • Instellen van bekistingsranden op basis van productietekeningen.
  • Plaatsen of op maat maken van bekistingsranden.
  • Aanbrengen van de nodige instortdelen volgens de specificaties van de -producttekening.

2. Ontkisten en buitenrijden van producten

  • Lossen van bekistingsranden.
  • Veilig bedienen van rolbruggen en correct aanslaan van lasten.
  • Buitenrijden van afgewerkte producten met een heftruck; bijwerken in geval van lichte transportschade.
  • Reinigen en klaarmaken van mallen en bekistingsranden voor hergebruik.

3. Afwerken van producten

  • Monteren en verbinden van verschillende betonelementen tot één geheel, volgens tekening.
  • Plaatsen van ventilatieroosters, deuren, trappen, dakranden en goothaken.
  • Uitvoeren van buitenafwerking met crepi en verf.
  • Uitvoeren van binnenafwerking met isolatie, volkernplaten en verstevigingen ten behoeve van de latere ophanging van bijvoorbeeld wasbakken of airco-units.

Het bedrijf is op zoek naar volgend profiel:

  • Zelfstandig en goed in team kunnen werken.
  • Gestructureerd en efficiënt werken.
  • Nauwkeurig met oog voor detail; je streeft ernaar om taken goed te doen.
  • Gedreven met passie voor kwaliteit en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het proces.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht, handig en vlot technische plannen kunnen lezen.
  • Ervaring met het bedienen van rolbruggen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met ijzervlechten of bekisten wordt als een extra troef beschouwd.
  • Ervaring in het bedienen van een grote heftruck (capaciteit van 5 ton of meer) is een bijkomend voordeel.
