Als preparatiemedewerker word jij de expert achter de kleuren van het productieproces. Wat mag je zoal verwachten?

  • Na een gedegen opleiding neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de gebruikte kleuren en het aanmaken van inkt.
  • Je kleurt PVC's in en voert nauwkeurige staalnames uit.
  • Je vergelijkt het referentiestaal met de productiestalen en beoordeelt deze op kleur en aspect.
  • Moet er bijgestuurd worden? Jij voert de nodige kleurcorrecties uit en past de dossiers aan.
  • Je zorgt voor de feilloze aan- en afvoer van de inkten, registreert het verbruik en stockeert alles netjes op z'n plaats.
  • Dankzij jouw flexibele instelling ben je ook polyvalent inzetbaar over meerdere afdelingen.

Wat breng jij mee naar de werkvloer?

  • Je hebt een echte passie voor kleuren en bent uiteraard niet kleurenblind!
  • Je beschikt minimum over een A2-diploma en hebt bij voorkeur al wat ervaring opgedaan in een productie-omgeving (ervaring in een ververij of drukkerij is een fantastische plus).
  • Je werkt graag samen; communicatie is voor jou de sleutel (en een woordje West-Vlaams schrikt je niet af).
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, hebt sterke planningsvaardigheden en bent lekker leergierig.
  • Je bent flexibel en klaar om te werken in een 40-urenweek in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege ploeg van 05:00 tot 13:00 uur of late ploeg van 13:00 tot 21:00 uur).
