50% van je tijd ondersteun jet het prepress team met volgende zaken

  • Ø Screenen van alle drukwerk op druktechnische haalbaarheid en kosten in overleg met de commerciële binnendienst, prepress manager, verantwoordelijke drukafdeling;
  • Ø Bestellen, druktechnisch bespreken en opvolgen van het aanmaken van de clichés bij de verschillende leveranciers;
  • Ø Nieuw drukwerk mee inplannen en indien nodig opvolgen in productie, overleggen met teamleaders;
  • Ø Nieuwe kleuren laten aanmaken in overleg met inktvoorbereiding, prepress manager, verantwoordelijke drukafdeling;
  • Ø Drukstalen uit productie dagelijks controleren, afwijkingen bespreken met productie verantwoordelijken;
  • Ø Grafische specificaties vastleggen bij alle clichéleveranciers a.d.h.v. fingerprints in overleg met verantwoordelijke drukafdeling;
  • Ø Ingangscontroles op binnenkomende

50% van je tijd ondersteun je de drukafdeling (met focus op veiligheid en opleiding) met volgende taken:

  • Ø Opstellen SWP (safe working procedures) & VIK (veiligheidsinstructiekaarten);
  • Ø Opstellen MRA (machine risico analyse) en TRA (taakrisicoanalyse);
  • Ø Opstellen procesdatasheets en procesbeschrijvingen;
  • Ø Meedenken over veilige werkomstandigheden, verbeteringen van productieprocessen, verbeteren kwaliteit;
  • Ø Uitwerken van opleidingen en mee helpen als opleider / trainer;
  • Ø Ondersteunen bij de opvolging van (interne en externe) opleidingen;
  • Ø Bestellingen plaatsen (sleeve, anlilox, rakels,…).
  • Ø Je werkt in een dagregime;
  • Ø Je hebt een opleiding grafische technieken of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Ø Je hebt druktechnische kennis, prepresskennis en kennis van grafische computerprogramma’s, MS Office en Navision is een plus;
  • Ø Ervaring met flexodruk en / of ervaring in een productieomgeving is een groot pluspunt;
  • Ø Je hebt een goede talenkennis en kan je naast het Nederlands ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels;
  • Ø Je bent accuraat, punctueel, nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en bent niet kleurenblind;
  • Ø Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan goed omgaan met snelle veranderingen, je bent dus stressbestendig;
  • Ø Je bent kwaliteitsgericht, ordelijk, resultaatsgericht en gaat bewust om met veiligheid;
  • Ø Je kan goed plannen en organiseren, bent communicatief (ook schriftelijk) en kan goed samenwerken in team;
  • Ø Je bent proactief en geeft voorstellen tot verbetering.
  • Ø Je bent bereid tot het volgen van veiligheidsopleidingen en behalen van veiligheidscertificaten.
