Jij wilt technische oplossingen ontwerpen, zelf aan tafel zitten bij MKB-klanten en jouw advies begrijpelijk kunnen presenteren. Bij Veldwerk krijg je die combinatie: brede vraagstukken rond netwerk, cloud en security, veel vrijheid in hoe je werkt en directe invloed op de oplossing die uiteindelijk bij de klant terechtkomt. Je blijft inhoudelijk dicht bij de techniek, maar verbreedt je rol richting advies en klantcontact. Daardoor is deze functie ook een mooie volgende stap als je nu bijvoorbeeld Network Engineer, System Engineer of Technical Consultant bent en jouw technische kennis vaker vóór in het klanttraject wilt inzetten. Een accountmanager spreekt een nieuwe of bestaande MKB-klant en ziet een concrete ICT-vraag. Vanaf dat moment kom jij in beeld. Je brengt de technische situatie in kaart, bepaalt welke oplossing past en werkt deze uit tot een helder ontwerp en voorstel. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor sales. Meestal presenteer je jouw ontwerp zelfstandig, soms schuift een engineer aan voor extra verdieping. De accountmanager blijft verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële traject, maar samen zorg je ervoor dat de klant technisch én commercieel een goed onderbouwd voorstel krijgt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Inventariseren van klantomgevingen en vertalen van wensen naar een technisch ontwerp. - Ontwerpen van oplossingen voor firewall, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, cloud en security. - Presenteren en toelichten van jouw technische advies bij MKB-klanten. - Ondersteunen van offertes met uren, hardware, licenties en technische keuzes. - Afstemmen met accountmanagers, engineers en leveranciers. - Het schrijven van technische aanbestedingen. ...
