Werken bij Simac ICT Belgium: dat is de zekerheid van een internationale groep met de cultuur van een familiebedrijf. Voor ons expertisecentrum in Heverlee (België) zoeken we een Presales Consultant Netwerken.

Dit ga je doen

  • Als Presales Consultant ben je medeverantwoordelijk, voor het positioneren van oplossingen en diensten bij (potentiële) klanten. Je gaat naar een klant of prospect in samenwerking met de Accountmanager. Om in kaart te brengen hoe wij deze klant kunnen helpen bij zijn IT gerelateerde uitdagingen.
  • Je bent samen met het team verantwoordelijk, voor het uitdenken van technische oplossingen, het opstellen van offertes en het geven van presentaties.
  • Je beschikt over een creatieve mindset, om voor de meest uitdagende IT-infrastructuur vraagstukken een oplossing te zoeken.
  • Je hebt een brede IT-infrastructuur kennis, met een focus op netwerken en security, dit op een enterprise niveau.
  • Als presales consultant speel je een centrale rol tussen de commerciële en technisch uitvoerende teams.
  • Technische invulling geven aan RFI’s/RFP’s is je niet onbekend.
  • Je krijgt de kans om evoluties op de IT markt van dichtbij te volgen, productkeuzes en diensten af te stemmen op de actuele en toekomstige noden van onze klanten.
  • Je verzorgt mede vendor updates naar onze klanten, sales en service afdeling.

Dit ben jij

  • Je bent een teamplayer, die zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als presales consultant, of een ruime ervaring als engineer en wil de overstap naar presales maken.
  • Je kan complexe technische zaken op een eenvoudige manier voorstellen en vertalen naar een verstaanbaar concept.
  • Je werkt goed georganiseerd en accuraat.
  • Je bent communicatief, hebt een vlotte pen zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.
  • Nieuwe technologieën volg je op de voet.
  • Je hebt een helikopterview over een volledige Enterprise IT omgeving.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in onderstaande technologieën en je kan deze conceptueel toelichten:
  • Kennis en certificatie van Cisco, HPE-Aruba en Fortinet.
  • Kennis van netwerk concepten zoals switching, routing, wireless en next-gen firewalling.
