Dein neuer Job:

* Du übernimmst während der Konzeptphase eigenverantwortlich Kundenanforderungen, organisierst die Opportunity und steuerst alle beteiligten internen Fachabteilungen, externen Partner und Stakeholder.

* Du analysierst technische, regulatorische und operative Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt diese in maßgeschneiderte Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Lösungen, die du überzeugend bei unseren Kunden präsentierst. Dabei entwickelst du individuelle Konzepte für Telefonie-Plattformen, Contact Center sowie Migrationen bestehender TK-Anlagen in hybride und cloudbasierte Umgebungen.

* Du unterstützt den Vertrieb entlang des gesamten Sales Cycle. Von der Lead-Qualifizierung über technische Kundengespräche, Workshops und Präsentationen bis zur Angebots- und Ausschreibungsphase begleitest du Opportunities und identifizierst Cross- sowie Upselling-Potenziale.

* Du kalkulierst Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von TCO/ROI und entwickelst gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern transparente, wirtschaftlich tragfähige Angebote.

* Du hast einen fundierten Einblick in aktuelle Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Technologien, bindest Hersteller, Partner sowie interne Delivery Units gezielt in deine Konzepte ein und berätst Kunden bei der Auswahl passender Technologien und Anbieter.

* Du stellst komplexe Lösungen verständlich und adressatengerecht dar - sowohl auf technischer Ebene als auch gegenüber C-Level-Management und Fachbereichen, inklusive Produkt-Demos und Kundenveranstaltungen.

* Du bringst neue Ideen und Markttrends ein, gibst Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Collaboration-Portfolios und berätst zu digitalen Innovationen in der Unternehmenskommunikation.

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Telekommunikation, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Rolle als (Presales) Solution Designer bzw. in der Konzeption und im technischen Vertrieb von Unify Enterprise basierenden Unified-Communications-, Enterprise-Telefonie- oder Collaboration-Lösungen (On-Premise, Hybrid, Cloud)

* Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von UC-Technologien (IP-Telefonie/PBX, VoIP, SIP & SIP-Trunking, Session Border Controller, UCaaS/Cloud-Telefonie, Contact Center, Video- & Meeting-Lösungen, Presence & Messaging, CTI)

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis (TCO/ROI, Angebotskalkulation) sowie Erfahrung in der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und Partnern

* Lösungsorientierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2), sowie Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
