🛠️ Jouw dag als Preventieadviseur

In deze rol als Consultant ben jij de strategische partner voor de interne preventieadviseurs van onze klanten. Jouw dag is een boeiende mix van advies, analyse en coaching:

  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij hun volledige veiligheidsbeleid en bouwt mee aan een dynamisch risicobeheersysteem.
  • Je stelt up-to-date risicoanalyses, jaaractieplannen en globale preventieplannen op.
  • Je bent de specialist voor het opstellen van CE-dossiers, LOTOTO-procedures en nood- en evacuatieplannen.
  • Je adviseert het management en vertaalt het veiligheidsbeleid naar de werkvloer via toolboxen en trainingen.
  • Bij (bijna)-arbeidsongevallen sta je de klant bij met jouw expertise tijdens de onderzoeken.
  • Je bent een ambassadeur voor veiligheid en spot proactief nieuwe opportuniteiten om de consultancy-dienst verder te laten groeien.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

Je bent een senior professional met een sterke visie op arbeidsveiligheid en beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht. Verder herken je jezelf in dit profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar relevante werkervaring als preventieadviseur binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een diepgaande kennis van de CE-wetgeving.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door de wet op het welzijn en kunt dit enthousiasme overbrengen op anderen.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk, werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt proactief initiatief.
  • "Levenslang leren" zit in je DNA; je blijft graag op de hoogte van de nieuwste wetgeving en trends.
  • Je bent flexibel en vindt het fijn om op projectbasis te werken in de regio Kempen en Limburg.
