Wij zijn op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.

Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen, implementeren en bewaken van het globaal preventie- en welzijnsbeleid

  • Je vertaalt wetgeving en interne standaarden naar een praktisch en gedragen veiligheidsbeleid op de werven.
  • Je adviseert directie en management over strategische keuzes en zorgt voor een consequente toepassing op het terrein.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan en jaaractieplan.
  • Je vertaalt strategieën naar een toekomstgericht veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Initiëren en valideren van risicoanalyses en opvolgen van maatregelen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en opvolgen van audits en inspecties.
  • Waarborgen van compliance (o.a. VCA en welzijnswetgeving).
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie van samenwerkingen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Versterken van de veiligheidscultuur via opleidingen en sensibilisering
  • Tot slot volg je milieuaspecten op en draag je bij aan duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.
  • Je bent in het bezit van Bachelor of Master diploma in een technische richting.
  • Evenals het attest van Preventieadviseur Niveau 1.
  • Je kan minstens 5 à 8 jaar relevante ervaring (in de bouwsector) voorleggen.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van veiligheidswetgeving en managementsystemen.
  • Analytisch, communicatief en besluitvaardig zijn eigenschappen die jou typeren.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld met een helikopterview.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
