Voor een voedingsbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

Heb jij een sterke interesse in veiligheid en welzijn op het werk en heb je ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving? Dan is dit misschien de uitdaging die je zoekt.

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid van de site.

Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende afdelingen en medewerkers en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere:

  • Meewerken aan het verder uitbouwen en opvolgen van het preventie- en veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Risico's op de werkvloer identificeren, analyseren en mee helpen beheersen.
  • Advies geven aan medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie.
  • Meewerken aan risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
  • Meewerken aan het voorkomen van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten.
  • Ondersteunen bij het onderzoeken en analyseren van incidenten en arbeidsongevallen.
  • Sensibiliseren en informeren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden rond veiligheid en welzijn.
  • Meewerken aan verbeteracties en initiatieven om de veiligheid op de werkvloer verder te verhogen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne diensten en betrokken externe partners.

Je bent een zichtbare en aanspreekbare partner op de werkvloer en weet veiligheid op een praktische en constructieve manier te vertalen naar de dagelijkse werking.

Preventie & milieu

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en communicatief sterk veiligheidsprofiel.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma of attest als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
  • Een Niveau 3 kan eveneens in aanmerking komen, op voorwaarde dat je over voldoende relevante ervaring beschikt.
  • Bij voorkeur meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van de geldende wetgeving en regelgeving rond welzijn en veiligheid op het werk.
  • Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Een proactieve houding en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.

Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is voor deze functie een belangrijke troef.
